Workflow is not sending emails.

Workflow is not sending emails.

I created a simple workflow to send email, when I run workflow it shows succeeded but it does not send any email or create activity. What is wrong? Please help.

Check Following settings:
1. If workflow scope is user, it might be a problem if you are not owner of record.
2. The user mailbox that you are sending the email from is approved and the “test and enable” should run successfully.
3. Also check condition in workflow and make sure all are true to send email.
