DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES ALL AROUND THE GLOBE?

We work for client all over the globe and Monday to Friday. Our regular hours are 9 to 5 Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. But in coming time we will make it 24 hours and all days as we grow.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES 24 X 7?

We offer 24 x 7 services for production Dynamics CRM. Our regular hours are 9 to 5 Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.

Why client uses dynamics Pal for their tickets?

Can we use Dynamics Pal only for small issues or big requirement?

You can use Dynamics Pal for small as big tasks. But we split tickets in small tasks. Client can see all tickets in dashboard. We normally have 2-4 hours tickets.

How can clients make payment to Dynamics Pal?

Dynamics Pal allows clients to buy service hours. We estimate tickets and then ask client to buy that much hours when clients purchase, support person starts on work.

Will Dynamics Pal increase hours after estimate on tickets?

No, once ticket is estimated and approved by client. Work will be done in estimated time and budget.

Is there any way of refund?

Yes, If any case when client is not happy. We will refund money.
